York Cares is an independent registered charity which promotes volunteering to people at work.

Led by local employers, York Cares brings businesses, employees and community organisations together to make a positive impact on the city in which we live and work.

York Cares is affiliated to the national Cares programme, managed by Business in the Community, a unique movement of over 700 of the UK's top companies. We work locally in partnership with York Council for Voluntary Service and North Yorkshire Business and Education Partnership.
