Finance in Schools
In this module pupils learn about where money comes from and where it goes to, as well as how to manage a budget and not get into debt. They develop the important life skill of having a better understanding of how to deal with their finances, which may help to reduce any fears they have about their financial future or that of their family's.
Previous 'Golden Moments' have included a trip to the Yorkshire Bank and the bank vault, and a trip to the Aviva Wellington Row offices.
Schools involved in this module include:
- Carr Junior
- Derwent Federation
- Osbaldwick Primary
- Scarcroft Primary
